Once your package is delivered to the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Once you have confirmed your purchase, it is not possible to change or add items, nor change the sender's address or name.

 

Please note that incomplete or incorrect information in the shipping address may cause delays or return of the package. Return or lost costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Returns or exchanges communicated outside the established deadline.

2. Return of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent, such as breakages, changes in color and/or in a similar condition.

3. Return of products that do not include all the packaging material with which they have been sent.
